Comfortable and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay.

First of all, I was quoted a price that didn’t include all the fees. There were hidden charges that added over $50 per night, and the staff simply brushed off my complaints. On top of that, the hand soap dispenser in my room was never refilled throughout my four-day stay, despite my requests, and clean towels were not provided on my final day, leaving me quite frustrated.

Pet-friendly with a decent grab-and-go breakfast, though it starts later than I prefer. The staff was helpful when I mistakenly left my suitcase outside, shipping it back to me for a fair price. However, the furniture in my room was dated, and I noticed some spots that could really use a thorough cleaning. There were also issues with noise from nearby renovation work, which made for a less peaceful stay.

I truly loved being just a few minutes' walk from Peart Park where I enjoyed peaceful strolls in the morning, and I also found a great spot at Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar right around the corner for casual dining after a busy day exploring the area.

Clean and quiet rooms made it easy to relax after hiking nearby trails. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a great start to our days. Perfect spot to explore spots like the Casa Grande Ruins and grab dinner at local restaurants.

Solo traveler finds comfort despite issues

The room was clean and I gotta say, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a long time. The staff was surprisingly attentive, delivering those extra coffee packets I ran out of without any fuss.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable given the circumstances.

We had a fantastic stay with our two little ones! The hotel is conveniently located near some great hiking trails, perfect for our family adventures. The spacious room was super cozy, and the kids loved the breakfast spread, especially the orange juice.

Clean room with comfy beds. I enjoyed the warm pool and quick breakfast options. Parking felt a bit unsafe. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

I stayed for a business trip and appreciated the friendly check-in process around 9 PM. The room was spacious and equipped with a coffee maker and microwave, enhancing my productivity. I had a comfortable night's sleep on an exceptionally cozy bed. The breakfast, starting at 5:30 AM, featured a buffet that included Cinnabon, which I found enjoyable. The business office was also well-maintained and useful for my needs.

Noise from the nearby lift was disruptive at times.
